Inspiration
Shawn Lipenski formed his palate for fine cuisine and food cart fare during his college days in New York City. He believes that great food inspires thoughtful conversation and strives to bring the best of both to your table. Shawn's culinary adventures through Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, Cost Rica and most of the continental United States inform his taste for bold flavors and playful presentation.
Experience
Most recently, Shawn cooked as the sous chef for two-and-a-half years at Catering by Dale where he led events large and small at some of Vermont’s most impressive venues including: The Coach Barn at Shelburne Farms, ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center, Shore Acres and The Ferry Watch Inn.
Thoughtfulness
Shawn volunteers his talents for several charitable organizations and spends his free time growing heirloom tomatoes in his tiny backyard garden.
